Brief Biography
Myeong is a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Public Administration, Center for Technology and Information Policy of the Maxwell School, and is Associate Professor of Public Administration, Inha University, Incheon, Korea. Myeong's research areas are focused in electronic government and e-governance, information management in public organizations, and information and communication policy.
